Trish is a yoga and meditation teacher in Banff, AB.
She loves seeing her students rise beyond their limits – a true testament to yoga’s power to transform and inspire.
Trish completed her teacher training in 2009 and continues to be a lifelong student of mindfulness practices.
Practicing and teaching ashtanga, vinyasa flow, and yin, Trish loves any practice that lets her move, breathe and connect to her own inner teacher.
“Things that excite me? Life long learning, health and wellness, community, the outdoors and travel for a start. My background is diverse, but all grounded in community: I have a BAH in Theatre, have worked in fundraising and non-profit events and teach yoga and meditation. I have studied yoga, stayed in an ashram and hiked mountains in India, been on safari in Kenya, acted on-stage in a Toronto theatre, canoed over 100km down the Red Deer River, plays ukelele badly and can stand on my hands.
