Rest & Renew...Restorative Yoga & Reiki
Finding the time to relax and renew is vital for a balanced and healthy life. Discover deep rejuvenation and healing in the soothing passive practice of restorative yoga, complimented by supportive Reiki treatments. Fully supported by props, restorative yoga poses allow us to relax and rest deeply, to quiet the mind and connect to the breath as we release tension, stress and find balance in the body. Level 2 Reiki practitioner, Trish Huston will provide hands-on Reiki treatments during the poses to enhance the relaxation and healing effects. Reiki is a natural art that channels universal life force energy to promote healing, balance and health. Using specific hand positions that relate to the physical and energetic body, Reiki gently balances one’s energy field while releasing physical and emotional tension.
This workshop is capped at 12 people to maximize Reiki treatment time and to create a spacious, and intimate feel.
