DAY 28: Remember The Magic

Congratulations!! You have made it to Day 28 of this incredible journey. The magnitude of tapping into the magic is something that is available to you throughout your life. It doesn't stop here, it only continues to grow with your awareness. Saying the magic words' Thank you' has such potency behind it when we feel and understand WHY your grateful.

Your last practice of 28 days is something you can do every day moving forward. It's simple and triggers a wide scope of what your most grateful for. Start by asking yourself this question: 'What are the good things that happened yesterday?'


All of a sudden your mind goes into its file folders and starts flipping through the events of yesterday. To make it easier, start with when you woke up in the morning and work your way until you went to bed. Think of the people you interacted with, anything unexpected that happened, compliments given, conversations, meals, surprises, emails, texts, walks. As you move through yesterday's blessings they might be small or big. It's not about the size of it but to try to list as many as you can and show as much gratitude towards them by simply saying, 'Thank you!' Write down all your blessings and after today you can choose to list them in your mind of yesterday's blessings.


Magic Practice #28 Remember The Magic

1. Count your blessings. Make a list of 10 blessings. Write WHY you're grateful. Reread your list, and at the end of each blessing say, Thank you, thank you, thank you (3x), and feel as grateful for that blessing as you can. YOU'LL HAVE NOW WRITTEN 280 BLESSINGS IN YOUR LIFE!

2. Remember the Magic by counting the blessings of yesterday and writing them down. Ask yourself the question: 'What are the good things that happened yesterday?'

Scan the surface of yesterday until you feel satisfied that you've remembered and written down all the blessings of the day.


3. After today you can do this practice as a written list or out loud or in your mind. You can make a quick list of the things your grateful for about yesterday, or make a shorter and more detailed list and say why your grateful for them


4. Before you go to sleep, take your magic rock in one hand and say the magic words, Thank you, for the best thing that happened during the day.

"Whoever has gratitude will be given more, and he or she will have abundance. Whoever does not have gratitude, even what he or she has will be taken from him or her"

I highly recommend reading the book 'THE MAGIC' by Rhonda Bryne because it is a perfect beside companion. I am truly grateful for being suggested it because it has changed my life in more ways that I can count.
