DAY 18: The Magical To Do List

Are you someone who always has a mental to do list? Or perhaps you have post its and papers tacked to the walls of all the things that need your attention. Up until this moment for many of us, our biggest concern was to find enough TIME to get to everything. These days we have so much space and now you are going to prioritize what comes first.

The truth is there might be things added to your list that needs to be solved or that you really don't want to deal with. There could be situations out of your control but require your attention nonetheless. Today's practice is going to involve writing down all the things you would like to see done or solved on a to do list and then choose 3 that are the most important.

Your job is not to figure out how its going to be resolved. Using the law of attraction,imagine all people, circumstances and events are being drawn towards you and magically the perfect outcome has arrived. Spend 1 minute on each of the 3 items and believe that it is done and feel enormous gratitude for it in return

Magic Practice #18 The Magical To Do List

1. Count your blessings. Make a list of 10 blessings. Write WHY you're grateful. Reread your list, and at the end of each blessing say, Thank you, thank you, thank you (3x), and feel as grateful for that blessing as you can.


2. Create a written list of the most important things or problems you need done or solved. Title your list: The-Magical-To-Do-List


3. Choose 3 of the most important things from your list and one at a time, imagine that each thing has been done for you. Spend 1 minute on each of the 3 believing it is done and feeling an incredible amount of gratitude in return.


4. Before you go to sleep, take your magic rock in one hand and say the magic words, Thank you, for the best thing that happened during the day.
