Join us for an hour kids yoga class that will boost energy levels in you preteen! This class will focus on the fundamentals of yoga with acrobatic poses that will be fun and exciting at the same time. The kids will learn how to fly and have so much fun doing it. Yoga has many benefits for body awareness, it improves flexibility, core strength, balance and breathing techniques that will help with all sports. This class is a fun way of bringing all the benefits of yoga into a group setting with good beats and positive energy to bring your child overall fulfillment. We will also focus on breathing techniques and relaxation to teach your child how to calm themselves down in stressful situations. This class will leave them positive and confident.
Ages 5-8 Thursdays 3:30pm-4:15pm Starts April 23th
Join us for a 45 minute kids yoga class that will leave your child rejuvenated, while having fun! Yoga for kids is fun and that is how they will learn. We are all about creating a positive experience for your child so that they can move their bodies and be themselves in a positive safe environment. In a group setting, we will create a story through yoga poses. The kids will be partnered up and create animals, ways of transport, weather, anything that is created in the story. This is a fun way of getting the kids to move, stretch and feel good about their bodies.Yoga brings many benefits including balance, flexibility, body awareness and boost
energy levels and positive moods. We will also focus on breathing and relaxation for 10 minutes at the end of class to leave the child calm and relaxed by the time you arrive back to pick them up!
