Amberle Bocsy earned her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training certificate in 2013 from Toronto’s Ahimsa Yoga Centre lead by J-P Tamblyn-Sabo, which focused on an adaptable style of vinyasa, alignment and anataomy, philosophy, pranayama, meditation and restorative yoga. In 2018, she completed her Yin Yoga L1 and L2 Teacher Training with Carly Forest. Amberle’s approach to any yoga class is to guide students through postures with calm, clarity and curiosity. Students are given space to explore the subtleties that arise during their practice and to connect; breath, body, and mind. When not teaching, you can find Amberle at her hospital day-job, volunteering with the Banff Curling Club; cooking; gardening or exploring the backcountry.
