If you miss a day>> KEEP GOING! The intention is to see how many classes you can do in 1 week to build towards a regular practice.
Days off are on the 7th day. The 6 days are consecutive, so no days off mid week. Challengers can continue beyond 6 days in a row and as soon as you have a rest day you must continue to 6 days of practice or more.
If you are wanting 2 days off in a row >> on the 5th day you would attend 2 classes to receive the 6th + 7th day off. This would allow you to redeem 20% off your next membership completing the challenge, but not the draw prize for the 1 year
During a 1 week period you can attend 2 classes at another venue. Show your receipt at your next visit to add your start
All classes must be led. Yoga workshops can be applied as part of the challenge.
If you are running 5 minutes late or have to leave early >> come anyway! The hardest part of the challenge is getting to the mat and scheduling our life to make time for your practice.
The 12pms are the busiest classes. Please arrive early and place your mat on the RMY stickers. A good alternative are the 1:10pm's during the week.
Make sure to sign in for each class so we can also record your attendance online.s
RMY teachers are always available to help with any questions you have about your practice or the challenge. We have lots of resources to pass along!
This is a wonderful opportunity to build a regular practice. We hope this is the start of a lifetime of discovery and we look forward to practicing with you in 2020!

SEE YOU ON THE MAT!
